MAX Power Mining

Privacy Policy

Effective September 4, 2026

Who we are

MAX Power Mining Corp. (“MAX Power”, “we”, “us”) is a Canadian public company (CSE: MAXX) with its head office at 2 Research Drive, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4S 7H9, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and our investor communications.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this website — for example to request investor information — we collect the details you provide (name, email address, phone number) together with technical context: the date, time and IP address of your submission, the exact consent wording shown to you, your browser’s time zone, and, where you arrived from an advertisement, the advertising click identifiers attached to your visit (such as Google or Meta click IDs).

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the investor information you requested.
  • To contact you by phone, text message and email about your inquiry and about MAX Power, where you have agreed to be contacted. Some calls may use automated or AI-assisted voice technology, and calls with our investor relations team may be recorded for accuracy and compliance — recorded calls are announced before the conversation begins.
  • To send you company news and updates by email, which you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
  • To measure which of our advertisements lead to genuine investor interest. We may share limited conversion signals (such as a click identifier and an interest rating) with the advertising platform your visit came from, in accordance with that platform’s terms.

Your choices and opting out

You can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time: reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, ask the caller during any phone call, or contact us through the contact page on this website. Opt-out requests are recorded on a permanent do-not-contact list and honored across all channels. Consent is never a condition of any purchase or investment.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. Your details are handled by service providers working on our behalf: the investor relations team retained to respond to inquiries, the customer-relationship system that stores inquiries and consent records, our telecommunications provider (for calls and text messages), our email service providers, and the advertising platforms described above. Each provider receives only what it needs for its role. Information may be processed in Canada and the United States.

Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry and consent records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations — consent and do-not-contact records are retained so your choices stay honored. Subject to applicable law (including Canada’s PIPEDA and equivalent provincial, state and other privacy laws), you may request access to or correction of your personal information, or ask what we hold about you, through the contact page on this website.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes to how we contact you will only apply with the consent that contact requires.
